Founding list: your email address, used solely to contact you about this service (launch updates, your free odds check, launch pricing). Lawful basis: consent — you can withdraw it any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email.
When the service launches: if you upload a refusal notice it may contain personal data (names, addresses). We will use it only to prepare your assessment and documents, retain it no longer than 12 months after your case concludes, and never sell or share it for marketing.
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email. When the service launches, document analysis uses AI providers acting as processors under contract. We will keep this list updated.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
This site currently sets no marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
